Get to know your coach.

My fitness journey started in 2012 after I suffered a knee injury. To aid recovery my physio advised me to do some strengthening work to rebuild the muscle, so, having never set foot in one before, I joined a gym.

I was a complete newbie to this so I made sure I had a planned workout each time I went, which meant I spent considerable time researching various exercises to target various areas to ensure I would get results. After a few months I started to bring friends/family along to the gym with me and found myself training them, supported by the knowledge I had found for myself. I quickly realised this was something I enjoyed and am great at, so I signed up for a Personal Training course to complete alongside my office 9-5.

Fast forward to now - I have several years of experience as a Personal Trainer in Cambridge and success in training many clients to achieve a wide range of goals including, but not limited to, weight loss, performance, injury rehab and physique competitions.

I am passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier and happier.
